Retrospective Analysis of Neutralizing Antibody Cocktail (Casirivimab and Imdevimab): A Game Changer in Treating Mild COVID-19 Patients

Our retrospective study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of monoclonal antibodies (casirivimab and imdevimab) on mild cases coronavirus disease 2019 patients admitted tertiary care center. A total 161 were evaluated which test group consisted 79 control 82. In had been administered with diluted 250 ml 0.9 % sodium chloride along co-formulated casirivimab (600 mg) imdevimab solution intravenously in standard treatment protocol. The monitoring both groups was done at least 1 h after drug infusion designated room. Post-treatment designed interviews taken treatment. This analysis discovered a significant association symptoms 48 for injected non-injected mo from chi-square injecting antibodies. There is no 3 mo. difference symptom distribution through different time points not observed. From pairwise McNemar’s test, between each h, p=0.0075 mo, p<0.001 groups. combination could be considered choice vaccinated, non-vaccinated highrisk patients.
